Shipping Policy

For shipping on all Australian orders we charge:
  • $0.00 free shipping for order over $80 (2-8 business days)
  • $8.90 for order under $80 (2-8 business days)

 

Shipping Destinations

Our orders are shipped directly from our Australian suppliers warehouses. Orders are shipped only within Australia. However, we may expand the shipping destinations in the future, so please check back periodically for updates.

The parcels are sent with Australia Post eParcel, Aramex, Allied Express, Team Global Express, Hunter Express and CouriersPlease depending on items weight and other conditions.

Some items cannot be delivered to PO BOX or some remote areas. If this happens, we will give you a full refund. 

 

Order Processing Time

Order processing time is 1-3 business days from the date of the order. Our warehouse operates on Mon-Fri 9 am - 5 pm (GMT-10:00) Australian Eastern Standard Time, except on national holidays at which time the warehouses will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

When the product will be shipped, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider. 

 

Order Delivery Time

Typical delivery time frame is between 2 to 8 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with the tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control, such as customs or postal delays.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your order. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account or using Track Order page on our website

  

Shipping Delays and Issues

In rare cases, shipping delays or issues may occur due to reasons beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or transportation issues. We will make every effort to inform you of any delays or issues and work with you to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
